An elderly woman living in a rural area recently suffered a fall that resulted in a broken shoulder. Her recovery is expected to take 6–12 months and requires regular medical and physiotherapy appointments. She relies solely on the aged pension, and the ongoing travel costs to attend these appointments have created additional financial stress. Now the family fridge has stopped working which hold medication like insulins. They would be grateful for any help during this difficult time.
