This young mother, currently 38 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, has endured an incredibly difficult journey over the past year. Since late last year, she has been experiencing homelessness while also navigating the impacts of domestic violence. These experiences have left her without the safety, stability, and support networks that many take for granted — particularly during pregnancy.
Despite the many challenges she has faced, she has shown remarkable strength and resilience. Through sheer determination, she has recently secured safe and stable accommodation - a place she can finally call her own, just in time for the arrival of her baby.
This new chapter marks a fresh s also comes with many pressures. After months of uncertainty and instability, she is starting over with very limited resources and no support from family or a partner. She is working hard to create a safe and nurturing home for her child but cannot do it alone.
