A single mother has recently fled a serious domestic violence situation. Impacted by physical, emotional and sexual abuse for years, it was the recent physical trauma inflicted on her child, causing major brain damage and daily seizures, that saw her finally flee.
The family of 3 are now living in temporary accommodation and hoping to secure a safe and more stable accommodation in the coming weeks, allowing the mother to pour her care and energy into her children... but especially her youngest child as he now prepared for brain surgery following the domestic incident.
The family live regionally, have no support, no income and are deeply traumatised... but they are now safe and ready to rebuild. Help us, help them in these moments and ease some of the pressures that surround the family at this time.
