Portable, economical, child safe heater required for a single mother with a 9 month old child. She is an asylum seeker, who has recently relocated to the Melbourne area, after fleeing serious family violence at the hands of her ex-partner. This has left her with injuries that require surgery. She is on a bridging visa, unable to work, has limited income and is without family support.
