17 YO rural student in year 12 and completing a work placement 90km's away requires fuel to get to placement which will likely to eventuate in a Full Time paid Engineering Apprenticeship if able to attend regularly. Young person is unable to live with family due to circumstances out of his control and has therefore been deemed an Independent Minor, having to support himself through school.
