This older male individual has lived in public housing for a significant period of time and has recently moved to a new property to better support his access and mobility needs. He is a thrifty and resourceful person, who lives simply, but is limited by his pension income when it comes to making more significant and vital purchases for his home. This individual is a community-minded person who goes out of his way to help neighbours and friends. He consistently expresses gratitude for any support he receives and is reluctant to ask for assistance because he believes there are others who are less fortunate than him. This individual has recently had to discard a significant piece of furniture from his home due to wear and tear, and it no longer being appropriate and supportive of his health and wellbeing needs.
