With limited access to resource the NDIS recipient has requested a voucher to receive clothes as he has lost some as a result of flooding. The recipient has lost his shoes due to constant exposure to moisture. Utilizes a size 10 and XXL clothing.

The request is for a man who is struggling with mental health issues, suicidality and a mental disability. Providing this man with a phone would give him the ability to have contact with his family and have contact with his NDIS supports in place.
