A young mum and her 10-month-old baby have found themselves homeless through no fault of their own, after being unexpectedly evicted from their rental. On top of this, she has fled a domestic violence situation.
Currently, Mum and Bub are staying in a local hotel, which is not ideal, but the only option available while she works with multiple support organisations to secure stable housing. The hotel’s cleanliness has become a growing concern, especially with her baby now crawling and exploring the carpeted floors in their apartment, which are not regularly maintained.
She’s hoping to receive a handheld stick vacuum cleaner to help keep their space clean and safe for her little one, it would make a world of difference in helping her create a healthier environment during this difficult time.
