Single mother of three children living on Family Tax Benefit with no other means of additional financial support. She escaped DV a few years ago and is separated with her husband. This young mother doesn't drive so getting her children to Daycare and Pre-School each day is a struggle, mentally, financially and physically. Lugging groceries on public transport from the supermarket to home is an exhausting time consuming task. To enable this young mum to order goods online rather than have to travel to the supermarket by public transport would assist her daily life greatly.
