As GIVIT’s hands on Product Manager you will be responsible for championing and managing the development and maintenance of our bespoke online donation management web application. You will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements and identifying improvements to product functionality and capability. You’ll bring these to fruition by working closely with our third-party web/product development partner.
We are seeking an experienced e-commerce/product manager who is passionate about customer experience and design, process improvement and digital innovation, to ensure GIVIT remains a digital disrupter in donation management.

GIVIT purchases essential items for Australian’s experiencing hardship as well as communities impacted by natural disasters. To ensure people receive what they need, when they need it, we are looking for a team player to complete this end-to-end processing of purchases across Australia. You will be a fast learner with strong administrative skills to accurately complete the purchasing process to ensure all stakeholder needs are met.
Administration responsibilities require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. You enjoy building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and the challenge of solving logistical problems. During periods of high demand, you will work effectively with composure, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication and follow organisational policies and procedures. You will work autonomously and collaboratively at our head office or from home.
