Request for Financial Support: Supporting a Young Brain Cancer Survivor
GIVIT
We are seeking financial assistance to support a resilient 24-year-old brain cancer survivor in maintaining vital connections with their community and friends.
Although cancer-free since 2017, this young person experienced a life-altering stroke that same year, resulting in ongoing challenges including chronic pain, vision impairment, partial hearing loss, and reduced sensation on the left side of their body. In addition to these physical impacts, they live with multiple mental health conditions, including ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia.
Due to the complexity of their health needs, they are currently unable to work and face significant financial hardship. Grocery vouchers would ease the burden of daily living costs and ensure access to nutritious food.
