First Nations Support
A client of mine with significant mobility issues due to the loss of his leg is unable to purchase supportive shoes. Although he has an NDIS plan to support with his disability, unfortunately, there is nothing in his package to support him purchasing shoes that relieve him of some of the pain he experiences daily. Due to several costs associated with his disability, and cuts to his NDIS support, he is left with very little money to afford basic necessities.
