Our Client is a 34-year-old single parent who has experienced homelessness as a result of Family Domestic Violence. She is a full-time mother with a two-year-old son and has recently secured a property through the Department of Housing and will be moving into the property next week. The property is empty, and mum has very few personal belongings, and would appreciate some support to obtain vouchers for food and household items.
She has experienced significant trauma in her life and would like to provide a safe and comfortable home for herself and her son, and explore casual work opportunities once she is settled.
