The client is a young single mother, primary carer for her 8-year-old daughter and 5-month-old baby. She has a complex history involving multiple experiences of homelessness and has recently fled a domestic violence relationship. The client also experiences severe depression and PTSD, largely stemming from past trauma related to her refugee background.

At present, the family just moved into social housing about 5 months but recently experienced attempt to break-in by strangers. Leaving them feeling extremely unsafe at home.

Given her current circumstances, mental health challenges, risk of homelessness, and lack of stable support, the client requires urgent assistance to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both herself and her children.
