This mother and her children are starting over after experiencing devastating floods and fleeing domestic violence. They lost almost everything and were forced to live in emergency flood pods, carrying only the clothes they had on their backs.
Recently, they were able to move into a private rental, but their home is still bare, and they are working hard to rebuild their lives while waiting for their community to be restored.
Every day is a challenge as she strives to provide a safe, stable environment for her children amidst the trauma and loss they have endured. Support from donors can make a tangible difference in helping them feel secure and begin rebuilding a sense of normalcy, comfort, and hope in their home.
