Lawn mower

My tenant would like to request a lawn mower to assist in keeping her front and rear yard at a manangeable length so she can pass her inspection with the Housing Officer, she is a 60yr single lady looking after her 2 grandchildren on a permanent arrangement. Her granddaughter has recently been selected for a position in a soccer team which is adding to the strain of finances to provide all the equipment and fuel to take her to games which then leaves my tenant with minimal money to afford someone to mow her lawn for her.
