Young mom who has mental health issues, living in a compromised accommodation with three young children including a newborn. She is struggling to meet her daily needs physically, mentally and financially. The extreme weather conditions trigger her ability to cope stress and stay active as she doesn't have an aircon. She would like to get an aircon of 1.6kw to meet the needs of the family. Both the children haven't started schooling and stays at home, hence, getting an aircon would benefit the well-being of the children.
