Our client is a young woman living with a severe medical condition — Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Every day, she is fighting to maintain a sense of normalcy and dignity in her life.
She is not currently receiving a disability pension and is highly dependent on others for her daily needs. Despite her condition, she is still able to mobilise short distances, and access to a rollator would make a profound difference to her independence and quality of life.
This small piece of equipment would allow her to move more safely and confidently, reduce her reliance on others, and regain a sense of autonomy. What may seem like a minor support could truly be life-changing for her.
