17-yr-old, living out of home, seeking support to obtain driving lessons

17-yr-old has been living out of home for the last two years and is unable to apply for a Centrelink payment due to their citizenship status. As such, YP's only source of income is their casual job and as they are also a full-time school student, there is a limit to how many hours they can work in this role. YP only has four hours in their learners logbook and cannot afford driving lessons, however, is really wanting to increase their driving so that they are eligible for a referral to the PCYC Braking the Cycle program. Please kindly seeking donation of driving lessons to assist with this goal.
