Client is on Centrelink and has 2 children under her care. Client is homeless and currently boarding. Client want to have a stable life with stable housing in future for herself and her children. Client has applied for a course that require a laptop to complete her learning modules and later she can use the laptop to look for jobs.
She attends the local library but at times she had to wait for a computer to be free so that she use one. By providing her with a laptop, it will be easier for her to study in her own time and look after her children and she would not need to wait at library to make use of computer which will save her time for traveling and waiting.
