The client is extremely excited to finally have a stable place to call home for the first time since COVID-19 lockdowns, when his housemates moved back home, and there was no longer regular work available as an independent artist. He has worked patiently with services to obtain a community housing property, 0for which he expresses lots of gratitude.
He has received a bed, fridge, and some cookware from charities enabling him to move in, but support with additional items would be highly appreciated to help him settle in and establish his tenancy. He is working on improving his mental health so he can return to paid employment and regular social activities.
