Laptop required for child to start High School at BYOD school. Family has relocated due to High Risk DFV, which was also perpetrated against the child. Relocation and keeping safe has depleted all funds for the family, as mum had to enrol in new primary school last year and is now starting over with High school enrolment and associated costs.
