The participant is a 28 year old individual diagnosed with complex mental health challenges who is seeking financial assistance to purchase essential items. He is currently at risk of homelessness and is actively searching for stable accommodation. Our service is supporting him with this housing search; however, he is experiencing significant financial barriers. His current mobile phone is no longer functioning properly, which limits his ability to communicate. Access to a reliable phone is essential for his ongoing housing search, as it enables him to apply for properties, respond to real estate agents, and be contacted promptly when housing opportunities arise. Assistance with purchasing a mobile phone would greatly support his housing efforts and overall stability. Any support provided would be deeply appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
