Participant has recently secured housing and commenced receiving NDIS and Disability Support Pension supports. Due to significant mental health symptoms and social anxiety, participant requires assistance with activities of daily living, establishing routines, and maintaining tenancy stability.
Male is currently experiencing financial hardship and lacks essential household items required to safely establish his new accommodation. Support worker is assisting participant to access community resources, essential household goods, budgeting support, meal prep and cookig and capacity-building interventions to promote independent living and psychosocial recovery.
