Client and his partner and three children are exiting the flood village and have found permanent housing in the private rental market and have been accepted for a private rental. They are prepared to move out to a rural area of the Northern Rivers as there is no other affordable housing options for them when they leave the flood recovery village. The house is old and has no built ins so they would be grateful for some furniture to help them make it a suitable home for the family
