64 year old female with mobility issues from FND is at high risk of falls is wanting to maintain living independently
GIVIT
64 year old female is determined to live independently despite facing significant health challenges. Being diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), a condition that affects her nervous system and severely impacts her mobility and balance. As a result, she is at high risk of falls which could lead to serious injuries and loss of independence. To maintain her independence and safety she urgently requires mobility aids including shower chair and toilet chair, these items will significantly reduce her risk of falling allowing personal care routines to be completed with more confidence. Unfortunately these aids are expensive and living on disability support pension and living independently has made it impossible for her to afford them on her own. Your generosity would help her maintain her dignity, reduce her risk if injury and continue living in the home she loves.
