Subject: Donation Request for Laptops/iPads to Support Social Housing Tenants I am writing to request your support in donating laptops or iPads for our community centre which will assist our tenants. As a Tenancy Engagement and Community Development Officer, I work with individuals from complex backgrounds, including First Nations people living in poverty. Many tenants lack access to technology. These devices will help tenants complete essential documents, access online portals for services like Centrelink, and enable staff to support Elderly First Nations tenants in navigating technology. They will also enable tenants to further their education and improve their future prospects. They will assist staff to present tenancy modules upskilling and educating tenants on how to and what is needed to adhere to the Residential Tenancy Act
