2026 Victoria Bushfires
An elderly pensioner was forced to evacuate within minutes due to severe wind changes whilst out of control fires were burning. Her disabilities prevented her from taking medication and food with her as she evacuated for a few days. Power outages resulted in food and medication wastage. She is on limited income via Centrelink and could use some voucher support to assist with her losses and boost her morale.
