Support for a Year 7 student rebuilding schooling engagement after extended medical absence.
GIVIT
This child cancer survivor is in Year 7 and has experienced prolonged health challenges over the past 18 months, including extended treatment and frequent medical appointments. This has significantly disrupted his education and limited his ability to attend school consistently. Without access to a stable device, he has relied on intermittent schoolwork, making it difficult to participate in online learning and keep up with curriculum requirements.

An iPad with a protective keyboard case will provide him with a reliable learning tool for accessing virtual classes, completing assignments, using school platforms, and staying connected with teachers during periods of illness or recovery. The device will be set up with the required school software and supported through our education advocacy program to help him re-engage with learning and build confidence.
