The customer was priced out of the private rental market and forced to leave her rental property, resulting in her becoming homeless for a period with her children. The customer secured an affordable community housing property that could accommodate her and her small son, her older children are living with their dad, however they all see each other regularly.
The customer is extremely grateful to have a home for her and her younger son and is pleased to be expecting a new baby later this year. The customer is continuing to work casually at the job she has held for a number of years, and has settled into her new home well.
