We are seeking assistance with a one-off yard clean-up for a woman living in community housing in the Ipswich area.
The client is currently receiving the Disability Support Pension and is experiencing significant financial hardship. Due to ongoing mental health challenges and limited financial capacity, she has been unable to keep up with yard maintenance and has recently received a tenancy breach regarding the condition of the property.
Support is requested for lawn mowing, whipper snipping, weed removal and general yard tidying to help the client bring the property back to an acceptable standard and reduce the risk of further tenancy action.
This assistance would play an important role in supporting the client to sustain her housing and maintain a safe and stable living environment.
