Client is located in small home in regional QLD- client has had ongoing medical and household repairs that have made basic need supply impossible to afford. Client has recently experienced DFV and is trying to financially and emotionally recover. Client has incurred additional medical costs that are unaffordable, specialty food requirements that are unaffordable and requires specialized cleaner for second room of home. Client cannot allow use of room due to the nature of the specialized cleaning . the client is engaged with Financial Counselor to assist with skill and capacity building and navigating fixed income barriers. the client is very carful and resourceful with their spending and is sacrificing on their basic needs to keep up with additional expenses. The client has no savings and superannuation to access to support them at this time.
