I am seeking support for a woman who has a long history of homelessness, Family Domestic Violence and severe vulnerability to receive support with bettering her future and transitioning into her new home.
This person has been rough sleeping/couch surfing for numerous years, all while she is immobile and unable to walk. The reason behind her homelessness is due to Family Domestic Violence and since working with my service she has been doing so well and receiving the support she needs.
