Client cannot recall the last time she had secure long term housing and has been couch surfing, rough sleeping and residing at caravan parks for approximately the last 10 years. Client has a formal diagnosis of schizophrenia and is linked in with mental health supports, who she meets with fortnightly. Client has been consistently engaging with support services and is seeking a safe and secure new home, where she can continue to work towards her goals and build social and community networks. Client has been living in crisis accommodation for the past 9 months and has now secured long term community housing. Client needs support with basic furniture items in order to reestablish herself and start her new life.
