Client is experiencing financial hardship. Client is receiving a Centrelink income; client has not been receiving the correct income payment and is in the process of having the issue resolved. Client teenage child recently lost their employment; Client is now to cover full rent until her child gains employment. Client is casually employed however the increased rental payment will leave her with a very small amount left to cover household necessities including food and fuel. Client recently kept her youngest child home from school as she did not have food to provide for school lunch nor the fuel to drive her. Client is being supported with case management and referral however would benefit greatly with vouchers to assist her over the coming few weeks until her income issue is resolved.
