Individual struggling with ++ physical health complications and mental health challenges; finding it very difficult to cope with costs of daily living. She is going without meals, trying to stretch what little food she has. She has Celiac Disease which makes finding appropriate and affordable ingredients very difficult. Due to many hospital and doctors appointments, medication costs and money required for fuel, it leaves her with very little to purchase necessary items. This client is extremely isolated; lives alone and has no family/friend support. Client has extremely traumatic past; finds it very difficult to trust people and access the community. Client has a dog that she cares about very much--she will often go without to make sure her dog is fed and looked after.
