Seeking air cooler items for financially struggling family

We support vulnerable people who are seeking protection in Australia, and we are supporting a couple in our transitional property until they received their resident status. The couple is in one of the old properties and with no proper insulation, they are struggling in extreme heats. With no income, they cannot afford cooling devices, making it unsafe for the couple to live in during hot weather and causing heat stress when they are already compromising their daily need by living on minimal.
Any support to purchase aircon for their health and safety would be much appreciated.
