Young person disengaged from school, isolates at home, very limited friend base, eating disorder.

Young person is in a single parent home, She tries to go to school but this does not happen on a regular basis as she often gets fatigue and goes home. She has some mental health and trauma issues but does not gain support for these due to feelings of shame and isolates herself to her home. There are concerns around her diet and possible eating disorder that her parent is very concerned about. Mum works full time and two younger brothers both have special needs.
