The client is an elderly man, a cancer survivor, and is living with a disability. He is a public housing tenant who generally maintains his property well with support from his children. However, he has been unable to maintain the backyard adequately because his lawn mower is broken and he cannot afford to replace it. The client advised CW that a whipper snipper would be a more suitable long-term option for ongoing garden maintenance, as he is unable to afford a local gardening service every six weeks. I am therefore seeking a Bunnings voucher to assist with the purchase of a whipper snipper, as this would provide a practical and sustainable long-term intervention for the client.
