Seeking any assistance possible for a woman experiencing homelessness who is living with significant and complex health conditions, including cancer and autoimmune illness.
The client is currently living in her renovated van and does not have access to stable housing or financial security. Due to her health, maintaining nutrition, hygiene, warmth, and the ability to attend medical appointments is critical.
She is unable to drive and relies on community transport, which she must fund herself, to attend frequent health appointments and treatment. These costs, combined with daily living expenses, place her under ongoing financial strain.
