Client was homeless for 10 years rough sleeping in tents and makeshift accommodation.
She has recently moved into public housing property but unit is very small and having a profound affect on her mental health.
Whilst she is grateful for having a roof over her head she is surrounded by building in private units in same complex, and most of which are Air bnb and comings and goings with loud tenants changing all the time.
She has very little privacy and is not allowed to have any plants or grow vegetables in this complex with very strict rules.
She would love to have a friend stay over accasionally however the unit is so small and one-bedroomed, she is having difficulty manging bills, food and other medical costs (not used to the pressure of having to manage finances like this for years).
She says she is forced to go out every day for walks to surround herself in nature (which is what she was used to) and because her unit and windows face onto a fairly main and busy road.
