Mum, dad & two children (8 & 6 yrs), 6yr old has significant physical disabilities & dad has injuries impacting ability to work.
The family is currently experiencing a range of pressures due to the dad being on WorkCover, the mum not being able to work as she cares for her husband, her youngest child having Cerebral Palsy and her daughter being assessed for ASD. The mum is not able to work as she has multiple therapy appointments for her partner and children as well as having to travel bi-monthly to the Children’s Hospital in QLD for her youngest son's medical conditions related to his cerebral palsy. This places additional strain on the family's finances and resources.
