Consumer suffered total loss of property through Victorian January bushfires. Totally destroyed house, outbuildings, car, and fences and uninsured. Since the fires the consumer who was a sub-contractor tradie, has injured his back and cannot return to work through this injury, and is now on Centrelink. He lost everything and finding it extremely hard to get on his feet, he is in extreme financial hardship. He has moved a portable office onto his property to live in and has received help to plumb in a small water tank, however, has no way to collect the water. He needs to build a water catching system onto the portable building and needs to put guttering onto it. He would really appreciate any assistance at all, however, really needs to purchase guttering, building supplies and some tools to attach a water catching system to his temporary housing.
