Camping Equipment, Grocery and Fuel Assistance for Woman Experiencing Homelessness Following Domestic Violence

A woman is currently experiencing homelessness after fleeing domestic and family violence perpetrated by her former partner. Following the relationship breakdown, she was unable to sustain the tenancy on her own and has since become homeless.
She is currently residing in a tent and has very limited camping equipment, relying primarily on a sleeping bag. Her living conditions are extremely challenging, particularly during winter, and she is struggling to meet basic needs while navigating homelessness and accessing support services.
The client is actively engaged with services and awaiting the outcome of a Housing ACT application. In the meantime, assistance with camping equipment, grocery vouchers, and fuel vouchers would help improve her safety, wellbeing, and ability to attend appointments and access essential supports.
Any support would make a significant difference while she works towards securing safe and stable housing.
