"Billy" who suffers from disabilities, experienced homelessness after having mental health issues due to trauma. He is currently living in transitional accommodation while trying to secure long-term, permanent housing. He was previously being assisted by a support worker who mowed his front lawn but has since moved on. "Billy" is unable to afford gardening services due to financial hardship and is hoping to get a mower so he can maintain his front yard with pride and respect to his neighbours. He is hoping that him obtaining a mower will also allow him to build his life skills and grow his independence where he knows this is a task he can complete successfully and not have to rely on others for assistance with
