26 year old sole mother to a 3 year old boy who is displaying undiagnosed behaviour of ADHD. Child struggles to fall asleep and can still be awake after 10pm. Mum is exhausted and has tried multiple resources, strategies and routines but nothing seems to work. Mum feels that her child needs something physical to help exhaust the brain and body. Mum feels like a tramp may be able to support her child to exhaust himself so he gets to sleep at a reasonable hour. Mum is trying to save to get child diagnosed, however this is taking longer due to one income.
