Our Client is a young person attending our school who is often living alone with his brother.

Our Client is aged 16 years and 9 months, he is living a fair amount of time with his brother as mum goes missing for weeks. His aunt helps the boys out with food needs.
The boys' dad has recently been discharged from prison however, doesn't have a relationship with his sons.
Our client is attending school in shoes that are stuck together with tape. He also has a condition where he has a walking gait which means that he toe walks.
Given the family situation and the financial hardship that our client is under I would like to request a voucher so that he can purchase shoes especially with winter ahead of us.
