Client homeless after car was torched. Needs phone to access Centrelink, services & stay connected to family.
GIVIT
This client is currently experiencing homelessness and had been living in his car while actively seeking stable accommodation. Recently, his car was deliberately set alight and completely destroyed, along with most of his personal belongings.

As a result, he has lost his only form of communication. He urgently requires a mobile phone to stay connected with his mother and to access essential services including Centrelink, employment services, housing providers and support agencies. Without a phone, he is unable to receive calls, verify appointments, access online accounts, or respond to housing and job opportunities.

A mobile phone would significantly improve his safety, stability and ability to engage with support services during this critical time.
