The property was deemed uninsurable, with a last minute evacuation this man left with the shirt on his back.
He is grateful he didn’t stay and defend his home as he would not have survived the fire.
Temporarily staying in private rental property paying rent. Resident is a self-employed and assisting others fire impacted with his skills. Work vehicle was burnt out, he is currently using a large diesel run vehicle. Any donations to support this man with fuel costs and food relief would be appreciated. Thank-you
