10 year old child lost his primary caregiver (mother) to DV late last year. He never knew who his father was and his father was never made aware that he was the biological father to the child. They have chosen to live together and build their relationship from scratch. Father does not have any other children and this is a big learning opportunity for him. Father is low income and does not have a TV or any entertainment at home so the child is spending a lot of time at other friends home's because he is bored and this is making it difficult for father and son to build rapport and bond together.
